With the weather changing and the leaves falling, the city announced that starting next week, September 28, brush collection rolls out. Have your brush piled loosely at the curb by 8am on Monday of your collection week. You can check your collection week by clicking here.

A second case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in the Queen’s community. It was noted that the individual did follow necessary protocol and is currently in self-isolation. Once again, like the previous Queen’s case, contract tracing is being done and those who are being traced will be contacted directly by public health. This brings Kingston total active cases to 6. Queen’s students can get tested for COVID-19 on campus at Mitchell Hall from Monday to Friday from 5-8pm by booking an appointment with student wellness services

For any Queen’s students listening, there is a great workshop being offered by student academic success services for writing your first university essay, taking place tomorrow at 1pm and 6pm over Zoom. Visit this link to sign up for this great online workshop to help you in your first writing assignment of your undergraduate career!
